Who We Are

Lindsay (sometimes known as Dr. Lindsay) is a Licensed Clinical Psychologist who specializes in supporting children, adolescents, and families, ages 3 and up. Her clinical psychology degree is from Nova Southeastern University (in south Florida), and she first moved to New Mexico for her internship at The University of New Mexico School of Medicine, Children’s Psychiatric Center.
Lindsay has learned a great deal about helping people from in a variety of different experiences in countries around the world. She is a certified yoga instructor, trained in trauma-informed therapeutic yoga, and is HAES (Health at Every Size) and Body Positive trained. She endeavors to perpetually expand her awareness of diversity and how to empower every individual with whom she works.
Lindsay has worked in inpatient hospital, residential treatment, juvenile prison, outpatient, in-home, and at–school settings. She is passionate about creating safe, compassionate, and FUN! healing spaces and paths for those who have experienced developmental and complex traumas (including identity-based, historical, and intergenerational). She works closely with her clients to find meaningful and healthy ways to overcome the effects of oppressive systems and experiences of misattunement. Her goal is also to help transform harmful or challenging symptoms (including: self-harm, suicidal thoughts and behavior, depression, and anxiety) into safe and effective living.

Anna is passionate about supporting everyone, from children to elders to families, in their mental health journey. Anna holds a Bachelor of Arts in psychology with a minor in Asian studies from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln. They are currently completing their Master of Arts degree in clinical mental health counseling at the University of New Mexico. Anna is interested in helping neurodivergent individuals, LGBTQ+, and BIPOC. They are enthusiastic about helping and empowering parents and children, and also particularly passionate about supporting and empowering both individuals and families who have been through complex trauma, especially domestic violence.
Anna is dedicated to assisting you, or you and your family, in finding long-term and sustainable healing. She will be a creative, fun, and flexible guide on your healing journey, and looks forward to starting with you!

May is a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) dedicated to supporting children, teens, adults, and families through life’s challenges. She has been a therapist since 2017, working collaboratively with young people and their families to foster growth, resilience, and well-being.
Rooted in a person-centered and strengths-based philosophy, May believes therapy is never a one-size-fits-all process. She takes an integrative and collaborative approach, partnering with clients to define their treatment goals and tailoring strategies to their unique needs and personalities. May draws on a wide range of therapeutic modalities, including Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Motivational Interviewing. She also incorporates art and play into sessions, providing creative and engaging ways to explore emotions and build skills.
May specializes in helping clients navigate emotional regulation challenges such as anxiety, depression, and anger management. She also has experience addressing trauma, self-esteem issues, self-harm, suicidal ideation, and the complexities of neurodivergence. Deeply committed to neurodiversity-affirming practices, she strives to create a therapeutic space that is anti-ableist, antiracist, and LGBTQ+ affirming.
May’s philosophy centers on meeting clients where they are and empowering them to develop practical coping skills and strategies for their unique situations. Her goal is to help every client feel heard, understood, and equipped to take on all that life has to offer.
May holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of New Mexico, a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Painting from Eastern Michigan University, and a Master of Arts in Counseling from New Mexico Highlands University. She is a National Certified Counselor (NCC), a Certified Child & Adolescent Anxiety Treatment Professional, and an ADHD-Certified Clinical Services Provider.
